Rooted in Atlantic Beach

Long before there was a dream on wheels, there was a little stand at Atlantic Beach, right by the Circle, back when it still roared with go-carts, the slick track, and the slingshot. My family ran Walt's Water Ice there — real Philadelphia-style water ice: cold, sweet, and simple, handed over a counter into the salt air and the boardwalk heat.

Some of the best memories of my life are wrapped up in that stand. Wish Ever After is that legacy coming back. Same cold-sweet joy, now rolling to festivals, ballfields, church parking lots, and your front yard. We proudly serve real Philadelphia-style water ice — a Northern classic, made with fruit and care, brought home to the Carolina coast.
